Diet pills?

I bought diet pills called 'Metabo Extreme', and it says on the pack to take them twice daily with meals and not to take after 4pm. I have a few questions...
* Why can't you take them after 4pm?
* Can you take two at the same time?
* Can you overdose on diet pills, like if I took 3 a day instead of 2?

first of all girlfriend NeVeR eVeR take more than reccomended, there are directions and warning for a reason proven in scientific study, remember to always treat your body with respect.

However, Slim Quick is the best diet supplement that I have tried. It is formulated especially for women. It has no caffeine so that means no jitters. And you take 4 pills a day 12 hours within eachother.. anytime of day, preferably 30 minutes before brekkies and 30 mins before dinner.

But it also takes a fairly good diet and at least half an hour of walking each day (just once around the block). Walking keeps you in shape with steady steps, so its nothing too brutal. Walking also helps thin out your thighs and calves without building a significant amount of muscle, just toning.

Following this I have lost around 30 extra lbs to get to my ideal.

Brindleberry is a rich source of Hydroxycitrate. The extract contains Vitamin C and has been used historically to enhance flavor. Hydroxycitrate is also thought to inhibit the enzyme, ATP citrate lyase, which helps synthesize fatty acids. Though there are reportedly no ill effects, children, pregnant and lactating women, those diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, and Alzheimer’s/dementia victims should not take it.

Metabocel also contains Kelp, which is rich in iodine and may aid in maintaining thyroid function, which effects metabolism.

Chromium, along with Kelp, has become extremely popular in dietary supplements. It may help to stabilize blood sugar levels and help synthesize cholesterol, fats, and proteins. Some research has indicated a possible link between Chromium and adverse affects in individuals suffering from depression, bipolar disease, and schizophrenia.
