Vomiting your food is difficult on your body. It can harm your heart, liver, and kidneys. You can end up producing stomach ulcers because of it. Your teeth are also damaged from all of the stomach acid, not to mention your esophagus. Your throat might also get acid burns. Your body can be badly damaged by throwing up your food on a regular basis.

The best approach is to eat reasonable portions of healthy foods. Ingest smaller portions and avoid eating unhealthy foods. You can get rid of the extra pounds safely and efficiently without using drastic and dangerous measures.
